Fixed Indemnity Elite Plus

A health plan that shares in the expense of your healthcare coverage cost, with Fixed cash benefits for office visits, ER, hospital days, and more, layered on top of your DPC access.

Pillar 3

Catastrophic Major Illness & Accident
